Release Tracking Services

Avoid post-closing lien issues by having MaxTrax LLC handle your Release Tracking!

MaxTrax LLC will begin actively pursuing the paid off lender immediately following the states statutory time period for recording the release. Regular updates on actions taken and the status of the release will be provided to the requestor until the release has been obtained and/or recorded. MaxTrax LLC will provide a recorded copy of the subject release for all files once successfully recorded in the Town Clerks Office.

MaxTrax LLC makes the submission process quick and easy! Email (sara@maxtracking.com) or mail a copy of the payoff letter/confirmation along with the title commitment to MaxTrax LLC and we will do the rest! A request received confirmation will be provided on the same business day that the request has been received and we will begin searching the land records for the release in accordance with state statutory time periods.
